How Do I Delete My Nodis Account and Data?
We're commited to ensure that you retain full ownership and control of your personal data and information as you use our products (websites and mobile applications). You can delete all personal information and data as soon as you wish to do so either by signing into your account through the app or by contacting the Nodis Support Team.
All requests for deletion, once approved, will be processed with immediate effect and irreversibly. All data belonging to you will subsequently be permanently deleted and will be irretrievable.
Deleting your account through the Mobile Application
The Nodis Mobile application allows you to delete your account along with the following data types (if ever provided):
- Name
- Username
- Photos
- Videos
- Publications (Posts, Responses, Calls, Comments)

Follow the below the steps to permanently delete your information and account from all Nodis systems and applications:
- Press on the Nodis drawer menu.
- Press on Settings.
- Press on Delete My Account.
- On the confirmation alert window, confirm by pressing on "Delete My Account".
What if I need to delete my account or data without the App?
If for any reason, you are unable to sign into your account through the application (e.g., lost private key), or wish to delete your data without deleting your account, please reach out the Nodis Support Team through email.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete My Account. The following supporting information will help the team confirm your account ownership and procede with deleting your account and information.
- Full Name
- Sign-up Date
- Proof of identity
- Reason for deletion
The Support team will review your request and respond as soon as a decision is reached or further information is required.
